WHAT ITEMS GET EMBROIDERED AND WHAT DO NOT?

All uniforms are professionally embroidery with your management company logo.

How long does a typical order take to ship?

It depends on the order. Uniforms typically ship in 14 days. Promotional items may take longer depending on our manufacturers turnaround time.

Can I return my uniform(s)?

That depends. We do not accept returns for embroidered items. Office uniforms that are not embroidered can be returned up to 30 days after the shipping date as long as they have not been worn and are still in brand new condition. After 30 days, we no longer accept returns.

Why do I need to provide a WTN?

This is to authorize and verify your purchase. The WTN will be included in your final invoice made through OPS Technology.

How do you ship packages?

We typically ship USPS or UPS Ground.

How long will it take to deliver?

Shipping can take 2-3 days if shipping in Texas. Orders outside of Texas can take up to 5 business days.

Will I receive a Tracking Number?
